Feel calm, strong, and confident through your journey to and through motherhood. Dive deep into the practice and learn helpful techniques to strengthen, stretch, and relax on and off the mat. Connect with other women to share experiences and have fun. All practice levels are welcome!


Postnatal/Mom’s Yoga Workshop: September 8, 2018

Time: 1-3pm
Cost: $35 (until September 5); $45 (after September)

Reconnect with yourself and relax, while gaining strength and openness. Learn how to safely and effectively build and strengthen your yoga practice, regardless of when you had your child. Enjoy a traditional Yoga Del Sol class focusing on:
  • Strengthening your core and pelvic floor
  • Opening your shoulders and back
  • Giving yourself some love
You’ll also learn how to help prevent and treat issues associated with a weak core and pelvic floor, such as back pain, ab separation (diastasis recti), and incontinence, while increasing your body’s overall stability.

Prenatal Yoga Workshop: September 9, 2018

Time: 1-3pm
Cost: $35 (until September 5); $45 (after September)

Celebrate your pregnancy and prepare for childbirth and beyond. You’ll practice a traditional Yoga Del Sol class that incorporates meditation, visualization, and pelvic floor techniques vital to preparing for childbirth and beyond. You’ll learn how to:

  • Build strength to carry and deliver your baby with confidence
  • Open your hips and heart to make room for baby’s arrival
  • Learn breathing, meditation, and visualization techniques to help you through nausea, fatigue, and labor
  • Develop pelvic floor strength and awareness to help prevent incontinence, ease labor, and enable a quick recovery
